If You have any doubt's if the item fits Your equipment please ask us before buying, we will help You and confirm. However, if You buy it and for some reason it doesn't fit, contact us and we will send out a replacement or arrange for a refund as necessary.
In all instances before returning a product you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Send us details of the part you would like to return. Your request will then be verified and You will be informed. Parts which have been fitted or were delivered more than 7 days ago cannot be returned.Once verified a Returns Authorisation will be sent to You by email.
All items should be returned with Your Returns Authorisation copy on the outside of the package (not the packaging that the part is in). All items must be returned within 7 days from receipt of your RA. Please ensure that you retain proof of postage just in case your item goes missing. Once received by us we will check your return and if all is ok we will issue you a refund within 72 hours of receipt and forward you a confirmation email.In ALL CASES, Your item must not have been used or fitted and it must be in the original packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be given.
